Mental Overload and the Tool that Makes all the Difference

All of the to do’s, appointments, therapies, deadlines……it can all be too much. Your thoughts begin to race, anxiety takes over. This can lead to a lovely thing I refer to as mental overload paralysis. For me personally, it results in a sort of ” auto pilot” mode and guilt because I want to be present for my kids. I want to be productive. But that paralysis can be hard to shake. Which results in a vicious cycle of falling behind, then on your “good/motivated days” playing catch up.

This is one of the reasons I created my “brain purge” method. It is something I do generally once a month and makes a world of difference. I created a Brain Purge Guide that walks you step by step to “purge” everything on your noggin. Then shows you how to organize that information. Creates a mindset of productivity rather than fleeting thoughts of what needs done and adding it mentally to the list.
